This class is designed to equip new parents with the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to care for their baby during the first few months. This class covers essential topics like feeding, diapering, safe sleep practices, and bathing. We also will teach parents how to recognize and soothe a fussy baby, handle common newborn health concerns and establish healthy routines. In addition we will discuss newborn tests, vaccinations, and medications that are routine in the newborn period. With a focus on hands-on learning, this class provides practical tips for soothing, swaddling, and caring for a newborn, helping parents feel confident and prepared as they welcome their new baby.
