The Newbie Social Munch is your softer landing — a chill, community-focused gathering for those who are new(ish) to kink and looking to deepen connections, build confidence, and meet friendly faces in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
Unlike our classic Newbie Munch, there’s no formal BDSM 101 discussion here — instead, it’s all about conversation, camaraderie, and shared experience. Whether you’re just starting to explore kink or still finding your footing in the Vancouver scene, this is the space to meet people who get it.
💞 Why Attend?
- You’ve attended the Newbie Munch and want more connection
- You’re too nervous to dive into a play party but want to meet others who are, too
- You’re still figuring out your place and want to see familiar faces before attending events
- You’re looking for chill community, not pressure
Over time, social cohorts form here — and many lifelong friendships (and chosen family ties) have started around these tables. It’s where many first find “their people” before stepping into the larger scene.
