Ages: 8–18 (Must be enrolled 4-H members)
Limited to 8 participants

Calling all creative bakers! 🎂 Join us for a sweet and hands-on day at the Newberry County 4-H Cake Decorating Camp!

This exciting camp is perfect for youth who love creativity, color, and cake! Participants will spend the day learning professional decorating skills and icing techniques — and best of all, each camper will go home with their very own 2-layer, 8-inch decorated cake to proudly share with family and friends.

We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Kendall Trotter, owner of Dessert-ed, LLC in Newberry, SC, who will join us in the morning to share her expertise and passion for cake decorating. Campers will learn:

• Proper icing and frosting techniques
• Piping skills and decorative borders
• Cake stacking and layering basics
• Creative design ideas to make each cake unique

Lunch will be provided, and all supplies are included in the registration fee.

🎂 With only 8 spots available, this camp will fill quickly!

Participants must be enrolled as a 4-H member in 4-H Online in order to attend.

We can’t wait to see the creativity (and frosting!) fly at this fun-filled day of decorating!

Refund statement: Full payment is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued within three weeks of the start of the event.

Membership requirement: Current 4-H membership in is required for participation in this event.

Custodial Care: Youth must be approved, enrolled members in 4HOnline with South Carolina 4-H Youth Development to attend this event. This is a custodial care event. Only adult chaperones and invited facilitators approved to be at the event will be allowed onsite during this event. Youth must be signed in and signed out by a parent/guardian or designated representative.
