Newark COC Annual Ladies Workshop

Strong Faith, Strong Finish!

Join us for our Annual Ladies Workshop on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at the Newark Church of Christ, for an afternoon intentionally designed to strengthen your faith while caring for your physical and spiritual well-being.

Rooted in II Timothy 4:7
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”

This workshop brings together faith, fitness, nutrition, and sisterhood to empower women to finish every season of life strong, grounded, and faithful. Through expert-led sessions and spiritual encouragement, participants will gain practical tools to honor their body, mind, and spirit as an act of stewardship and worship.

Whether you are looking to reset, refocus, or simply be refreshed, this experience is designed to meet you where you are and send you forward encouraged and equipped.

• Nutrition & Wellness Education
  A registered dietitian will share practical guidance on nourishing the body with intention and wisdom.
• Guided Group Workout
  A certified exercise instructor will lead a light, inclusive workout designed for all fitness levels. Sisters are encouraged to change into comfortable workout attire.
• Spiritual Well-Being Keynote
  An inspiring message by Sister Deborah Houston, centered on perseverance, faith, and finishing strong.
• Fellowship & Connection
  A delicious salad bar with lots of options and savory soups along with healthy sweet treats will be served , creating space for nourishment, fellowship, and community.
