NEW Zero Empty Spaces Studio Preview & Info Session For Artists (St. Pete)

We are excited to make new affordable artist studio spaces available in The St. Pete / Tampa area in the Tyrone Square Mall in partnership with Simon Property Group.

Location - 6901 22nd Ave N, Suite #740, Saint Petersburg, FL 33710 (In The Dillards Wing Of The Mall)

Interested artists are invited to join for a preview on Saturday afternoon (1/11/2025) 11AM-12PM while we host an open house preview with Zero Empty Spaces team.

All spaces are $2.50/sqft including water & electric on a month to month basis. (Average space 120sqf = $300/mo + tax)
