The New Zealand String Quartet is coming to Johnsonville Library with a free, whānau-friendly performance of music from the past and present. With introductions to each piece of music spoken by the musicians themselves, you'll learn about centuries-old instruments, and discover classical music that might sound surprisingly familiar.
NZSQ Encounters is a relaxed, whānau-friendly performance for all ages. If you're looking for a taster of classical music, or want to introduce the artform to your tamariki, then these concerts are perfect for you.
