About this Event
Kick off the Holiday Season with the New York Spa Alliance for some networking, wine, hors d'oeuvres, and many familiar industry faces!
We will have E. Tory Higgins, Director of the Motivation Science Center at Columbia University, and Nina Smiley, Director of Mindfulness Programming at Mohonk Mountain House, speaking on “Motivation and Mindfulness: How to Enhance Wellbeing in 2022.”
