Any physical or verbal altercation, harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct before, during, or after the New York Fashion Awards, including any scheduled promotional activities, photo or video productions, will result in the immediate removal of the individual(s) involved, regardless of the circumstances.

The New York Fashion Awards reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the standards of the event.

The New York Fashion Awards and its organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought to the event.
