Welcome to EMBODIED: A Sacred Movement Space For Black Plus-Size Femme Magic, hosted by The Messy Movement Lab®.

Join us for a distinctive class that combines sensual movement and meditation, crafted to enliven your connection to your body each day. Explore enjoyable techniques to stimulate your senses, celebrate your body, learn exercises that enhance strength and flexibility, and learn choreography that will evoke your creative and sensuous spirit. Leave this session feeling confident in your body and empowered in your sensuality.

This class is two hours long with breaks in between exercises. No movement experience is required. All levels are welcome. There will be an opportunity for book signing and Q+A the last 30 minutes of each session.
