About this Event
Last year, about a dozen brave beings came together to learn, play, and explore what "health" and "wellness" really mean. We talked about Stress, our constant companion, and the Principles that equip us to cultivate more balance and vitality in our bodies and our lives. It was fun! It was so much fun, in fact... let's do it again!
We've talked about a lot of wild and wondrous things over the last year, but some things never change. If you are a Being in a Body, this playful workshop is all about you! We will cover topics including:
- basic stress physiology
- the role of inflammation
- fundamentals of nervous regulation
- probably some other stuff
Most importantly, you will also receive a practical toolkit for automatically improving your stress resilience. A balanced Being is a healthy Being, and healthy feels good.
Let's talk about feeling better, together.
