New Year’s Eve at Casino Edmonton!
Celebrate the biggest night of the year with great food, live music, and nonstop fun! Enjoy a plated dinner, then dance the night away as RAVE ON rocks the stage with your favorite hits. At midnight, we’ll raise a glass for a sparkling champagne toast and welcome 2027 in style!

Winter Green Salad – Warm spiced pumpkin seeds with red wine poached pears, crumbled goat cheese and a cranberry vinaigrette.
Duo of Chicken Supreme & Beef Tenderloin – 8oz chicken supreme, seared to perfection with 5½oz Alberta beef tenderloin braised in merlot with garlic & chive whipped potatoes, petit veg, and a red wine & thyme jus.
Classic Cheesecake – Served with dulce de leche, chocolate mousse, and poached dark cherries.
