Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a seasonal, three-course prix fixe dinner crafted to set the tone for an unforgettable night on the rooftop. Guests will select one dish from each course, with two elevated options per category — all designed to highlight Soma’s bold, ingredient-driven approach to modern dining.
First Seating begins at 5:00 PM
Last Seating at 7:30 PM
First Course – Salad
Choose between:
• Caesar Salad — Local romaine, horseradish Caesar dressing, tempura smoked sardines, focaccia crouton.
• Pomegranate & Gorgonzola — Napa cabbage, buttermilk dressing, Jamón Serrano, red onion, freeze-dried peas.
Second Course – Starter
Choose between:
• Calamari & Peppers — Red and green jalapeño, chipotle comeback sauce, lemon.
• Brie & Caviar Danish — Caramelized onion, wrapped in delicate pastry.
Third Course – Entrée
Choose between:
• Hoisin Duck Breast — Roasted broccolini, pickled carrot purée, pear & parsley salad, saffron aioli.
• Grilled Hanging Tender — Roasted root vegetables, fingerling potatoes, bordelaise sauce.
