1st Course ✨ Winter Beet & Citrus Salad

Roasted red beets, roasted golden beets, hydroponic mixed greens, arugula, orange segments, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, goat cheese, champagne–cranberry vinaigrette

2nd Course 🐚 Pan-Roasted Sea Scallops

Pan-roasted sea scallops served over caramelized apple and bacon risotto, finished with a decadent Western Reserve Distillers Rum butter sauce.

3rd Course 🍽 Entrée Selections

Guests may choose one of the following:

New York Strip Steak
A 14-ounce pan-seared New York strip served with red-skinned mashed potatoes and crispy Brussels sprouts.

Citrus Salmon
Pan-seared Atlantic salmon finished with a light citrus glaze, served over creamy butternut-squash risotto.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast

Pan-seared, parmesan-crusted chicken breast, finished with a light lemon butter sauce, served with red skin mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts tossed in a honey lemon vinaigrette.
