Ring in 2027 from one of Sydney’s most iconic rooftop bars. Enjoy 4.5 hours of premium beverages, premium food and DJ - all set against the glittering backdrop of Darling Harbour's midnight fireworks.
From the moment you arrive, buffet islands of antipasti, a charcuterie stand and artisanal cheese boards will be available throughout the night for relaxed grazing. As the evening unfolds, beautifully crafted canapés will be served in waves designed to match the views.
To close the night with a touch of indulgence, our Executive Pastry Chef will create a selection of signature desserts for you to savour as midnight approaches.
