This 90-minute New Year’s Day gathering blends guided reflection, journaling, grounding practices, and a long-form sound bath with crystal singing bowls. Together, we’ll create space to honor what you’re releasing, name what you want to carry forward, and allow those intentions to settle deeply into the body—supported by sound and community.

This is not about resolutions or productivity. It’s about beginning the year from a place of clarity, care, and embodied truth.
