New Year's Workshop - Community Yoga at the Heights

Welcome to Communnity Yoga at the Heights! Join us for a donation based relaxing yoga session at Heights Lounge. Whether you're a begginer or a seasoned yogi, this All Levels Flow class is the perfect opportunity to unwind and stretch out. Don't forget to bring your own mat and water bottle. Come and connect with your mind, body, and soul!

Class will include: yoga, guided meditation and breathwork, sound bath and intention setting.
