Create Your Vision for 2025: Vision Board Workshop
Ready to make 2025 your year? Join us for a creative and reflective workshop that will help you set clear intentions and bring your goals to life through the power of a vision board.
When: Saturday, January 4, 2025; Wednesday, January 8
Times: choose between 2:00 - 4:00 pm (SOLD OUT) or 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Where: Downtown Vancouver
In this hands-on session, you'll harness your intuition and the transformative power of images to create a vision board. A vision board is more than just a collage— it is a visual map of the future and reminders of the kind of energy + experiences we are seeking. With the combination of positive psychology and therapeutic art-making, this workshop offers a holistic approach to goal-setting that you'll carry with you long after the session ends.
"A key thing to remember about intentions is that they exist, regardless of whether we think about them or not... it is essential to unearth what already exists and to consciously hone them." – Laura Mae Northrup
What You Can Expect:
🪞 Reflection & Clarity: We'll begin with journaling and guided meditation to help you connect deeply with your goals for the year ahead.
👩🏻🎨 Creative Exploration: Dive into magazines, photographs, and a range of materials to discover images that resonate with your intentions.
✂️ Vision Board Creation: Use your chosen images to craft a powerful, symbolic representation of your hopes and dreams for 2024.
🫱🏼🫲🏾 Community & Connection: Share your creative process with others in a supportive, artistic environment where no previous art experience is required.
🌞 A Lasting Connection: Through the process of creation, you'll build a lasting reminder of your goals—something to keep you inspired and motivated throughout the year.

"I went to one of Elspeth’s vision boarding workshops and it was amazing - she created such a calming and welcoming environment and it felt easy to relax and really get into the activities straight away. The space was also beautiful, full of natural light and art everywhere! You can tell she was authentic and really wanted you to get the most out of the experience. The vision boarding activity was done thoughtfully and she really encouraged us to think about what we were creating and what that meant for our lives. I would recommend her to anyone needing to find a creative, warm and accepting space in Vancouver." - Emily S
