Welcome the New Year with Flow: Special Qi Gong Session on December 31st
As the year comes to a close, take a moment to pause, reflect, and reset. Join us on December 31st from 10:00 to 12:00 for a unique Qi Gong session designed to help you let go of the past and step into the new year with clarity, balance, and renewed energy.
What to Expect
This session combines gentle, flowing movements with moments of stillness to cultivate harmony between body and mind. You'll have the opportunity to:
Release tension and rediscover your natural flow.
Reconnect with your center through grounding exercises.
Explore partner work, including push hands, to enhance balance and awareness in movement.
Together, we’ll create a grounded foundation for the year ahead—one that embraces both strength and softness.

Back to Spring Qi Gong: A practice rooted in renewal and rejuvenation.
5 Animal Qi Gong: Flowy, animal-inspired movements that bring creativity and vitality.
Partner Qi Gong / Push Hands: Gentle partner exercises to build connection and presence.

Everyone is welcome! This class is open to all levels, ages, and backgrounds. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to Qi Gong, this session offers something for everyone.
Practical Details
Time: December 31st, 10:00 – 12:00
Location: (Please note: Our space is on the 5th floor, and unfortunately, there’s no elevator.)
What to Bring: Comfortable clothes for movement.
Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts to settle in.
