This was my New Year's intention in 2022 year, and it keeps growing on me! How can we attune to where we are right now and set intentions that do not come from a wishful mind but are in alignment with our body’s capacity?
When we are in fight and flight mode we either want to rush and get quick fixes, or we believe we need to put on full break and do nothing to only rest. I want to invite us to a middle way where we listen to the body and our needs every day while still moving forward and taking steps in the direction we are supposed to go. Here we are grounded and stable yet energetic and creative <3
