New Years Eve Yin Yoga and Soundbath

NEW YEARS EVE YIN YOGA AND SOUNDBATH

Join Heidi for a grounding Yin Yoga class and Sound Bath. Take time to tune into the body, calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. Together we will set intentions for the new year, focus on gratitude, reflect and relax, the ultimate wind down to have you leaving 2024 feeling balanced and grounded.

After arriving in the space, we will take a moment to settle in with a cup of herbal tea and a grounding guided meditation, before moving into 50 minutes of Yin Yoga. This slow-paced style of yoga using props to assist is suitable for all. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to soothe the parasympathetic nervous system, strengthen joints and relieve deep tension. Options will be given to intensify or soften the postures depending on your individual needs. Through the session, Heidi will lead you through guided meditations and offer questions and affirmations to encourage reflection, intention and relaxation.

We will end the session by settling into a 40 minute sound bath where you will be guided through a full sound immersion using the gong, singing bowls, vocal tones and Koshi chimes. A sound bath is a beautiful opportunity to pause, and give yourself permission to truly rest, recharge and release. All you have to do is relax and allow the magical healing sounds and frequencies to bring you to a true state of bliss.

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.

Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 10.40 am as this is disruptive to other guests so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.
