Join us at Madison House of the Arts this New Year's Eve for a unique and meaningful celebration! ? Lynchburg city is bustling with bars and breweries, but we offer an alternative space for those seeking a more relaxed and creative vibe. Escape the typical New Year's Eve scene and join us for a night filled with art, mindfulness, music, and community.? From 7 PM to 2 AM, immerse yourself in our free flow art night. Grab a canvas, unleash your creativity, and enjoy arts and crafts with materials provided on-site. A suggested donation of $5 is appreciated to support our sober space, but no one will be turned away.?♀️ Experience a mindfulness art exercise about control and a meaningful conversation on being present, combatting stress, and setting intentions for the new year. Engage in board games, card games, and perhaps an acoustic jam session with your friends. ? At 11:30 PM, weather permitting, we'll gather around the fire pit for an intention setting ceremony. Reflect on what you're ready to let go of from 2024 and embrace new intentions for 2025. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place indoors. ?. We will still host the INTENTION SETTING CEREMONY INSIDE IF THE WEATHER ISN’T COOPERATING. ? Enjoy light refreshments, including popcorn and beverages, available for purchase at affordable prices. Your support helps fund our community initiatives at Bell free community clothing store and Leah’s pantry.
? Feel free to bring donations of non-perishable canned goods, warm clothing, oral care products, feminine hygiene items, and baby formula to help those in need in our community.We can't wait to welcome you on December 31, 2024, as we ring in the new year together at Madison House of the Arts!?
