Join Grace Panian for a special New Year's Eve class, allowing you to reflect and release. Through movement, breath, sound healing, and meditation, we will create space in the body and mind and allow time to reset ourselves for the New Year. After releasing what no longer serves you, we can move into 2025 with a clear Sankalpa (an intention formed by the heart and mind) to honor the deeper meaning of our lives. This event will end in a dreamy sound bath, allowing extra time to find a comfortable stillness. All levels are welcome. No experience is needed.Investment $30
