Nestled amidst a busy holiday season, this is another great opportunity to introduce your child to the magic of mind-body-breath connection. Amy's practice is a full variety of yoga-centered activities, sure to be fun and educational for all! This practice is ideal for children ages 2-11. Parents are welcome to join in or take a well-deserved break while the kids are engaged.
