Sea Bass: Grilled with Lemon Butter. Served with Mashed Potatoes and sautéed Spinach
Beef Brisket and Baby Back Ribs: Brisket with dry spice rubbed and smoked for 12 hours. Baby Back Ribs brushed with BBQ sauce. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Corn
Rib Eye Steak: Rib Eye. Served with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Caramelized Carrots and Cabernet Sauce
