You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the event. Every attendee must have a valid, government issued photo ID with DOB or Official Foreign Passport ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Will there be a coat check?

What is the seating situation?

This is a cocktail-style New Year’s Eve event designed to maximize space and ensure a vibrant, energetic atmosphere with a comfortable crowd flow. We have 50 exclusive tables available for reservation through bottle service. Secure your spot and celebrate in style!

What is the refund policy?

No refunds, all tickets are final purchase. You may transfer tickets.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Street parking is a challenge and garage parking is a bit expensive. On top of that the events involves drinking. We encourage our guests to use ride share OR taxi services to attend the event and leave safely. DRINK RESPONSIBLY.

How long will the passed Hors d’oeuvres serve until?

Kick off New Year’s Eve with chef-curated hors d’oeuvres by the acclaimed Chef Joe Castro from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Bold flavors and elegant bites await—don’t miss this unforgettable culinary experience!

2. Verify correct dollar amount for number of people you're paying for.

Many of our patrons advised us that they have a Pop-up Blocker on their iPhones and they hinders them from buying tickets. To unblock, please follow the following steps :

Refund & Ticket Resell Policy

All sales are final, and refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled. If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email. A full refund will be provided to those who inform us within two calendar days of the email if they are unable to attend the new date. No refunds will be issued after this period. If you are unable to attend, you may sell your ticket to someone else. You are welcome to post in the event’s comment box to find a buyer. Once sold, the seller must notify the organizer with the full name of the new attendee at least two hours before the RSVP closing time on the day of the event. Payment arrangements should be made directly between the buyer and seller.
