Ring in the new year with an unforgettable evening at The Bar at Supperland, where Chef Joe Hutton and the culinary team will guide you through a celebratory six-course dinner created especially for the occasion. Expect a thoughtful progression of flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a few festive surprises along the way — all designed to showcase the best of Supperland’s culinary style.? Enhance your experience with expertly curated wine pairings by our Wine Director and Level III Sommelier, Michael Klinger. You can select the wine pairing at booking or decide upon arrival; you’ll also have access to our full beverage list, with additional wines, cocktails, and spirits available à la carte throughout the evening.

• Amuse - southern salt oyster, ginger apple chowchow
• Good Fortune Salad - winter green hearts, cornbread croutons, compressed pear, smoked farmers cheese, pink lady pea vinaigrette
• Tuna Tartare - sweet potato mochi fritter, local osetra caviar, saffron buttermilk
• Seared Haikado Scallop - young carrot puree, pickled root vegetables, fried collard furikake
• Intermezzo - pomegranate citrus smash jello shot
• Smoked Pheasant Pot Pie - pâte brisée, carolina gold rice, pink lady peas, braised collard, pickled mustard seed jus
• Smoked Pastrami Short Rib Terrine - mushroom conserva, herb oil, chili candy lacquer, puffed rice, johnny cake
• Petits Gâteau - almond dacquoise, chocolate sponge, blood orange curd, champagne sorbet
