Join us for a New Year’s Eve Celestial Sound Bath with the ever-calming Charity Grace. You’ll melt into long-held restorative poses while crystal sound bowls, chimes, and gongs create a soothing soundscape to ease your body, quiet your mind, and gently release the energy of the year.

Beneath a soft, starlit “sky,” you’ll be guided into a dreamy, meditative state—like lying under the night sky on a peaceful winter night. You’ll step off your mat feeling grounded, recharged, and renewed… a cosmic reset to close out the year and step into the next one with clarity and calm.
