TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Entry 8:00 PM Onwards
• Complementary entry for Kids Below 3 Years.
• The tickets should be produced at the time of entry for validation. Entry will not be allowed if security features have been tampered.
• Rights of admission reserved.
• Guests are requested not to lose tickets as duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
• The organizer reserves the right of admission (even in relation to valid ticket holders) and frisking for security at any point.
• Cameras or any form of recording instruments, arms, and ammunition, cigarettes, matchboxes, Animals, eatables, bottled water, beverages, and alcohol are not allowed inside the venue.
• No recording of programs with camera phones is permitted.
• Management reserves the right to alter the program
• This ticket shall not be exchanged/ceded/sold or transferred whether in a commercial or promotional context.
• In addition to these terms and conditions, entry to the venue shall be subject to any ground regulations specified by the stadium authorities.
• We request you arrive 30 minutes prior to the venue to pick up your physical ticket.
• Ticket once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

FOR ENTRY:

1. Each ticket admits one person only.
2. Children below 33" in height will not be charged.
3. Tickets are only for entry of Ramoji Film City, visitors are requested to follow the guidelines of the staff.
4. Ticket is valid for the day of reservation. Guided tours of attractions, rides, and entertainment shows are allowed for one time.
5. Personal food, beverages, and bottled water are not allowed - except for the diabetics and infants.
6. Visit locations, where shooting is in progress, is out of bounds for the tourist. You can continue to explore many other shooting locations.
7. Professional photography is not permitted. Cameras beyond DSLR specifications (18-55 mm.) & any form of recording instrument are not allowed in the premises.
8. Anti-social activity, hawking, and misuse of Ramoji Film City property are prohibited.
9. Management reserves the right to change/amend details of any service /offer without prior notice.
10. Parking ticket is valid for one day; the vehicle parked is at the owner’s risk.
11. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
12. Ramoji Film City reserves the right of admission.
13. Your safety is our concern. Please cooperate with our Security for frisking during entry.
14. Please avoid carrying plastic bags, articles, pets, explosives, inflammable, arms & ammunitions, matchboxes, narcotics, cigarettes, and other tobacco products.
15. Visitors who have booked tickets online have to report at the Highway ticketing Counter only.

PARKING:

1. Ramoji Film City offers plenty of parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking fee applies. Do collect the Parking tickets while entering the Park. The Parking ticket is valid only for 1 day. Vehicles may be parked at the owners' risk. Ramoji Film City takes no responsibility for the safety and security of any vehicle and its contents. Please follow all safety and directional signs in the Parking Bay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. Please be cautious, and vigilant, take care of yourselves and your children.
2. Please refer to the guidelines of every ride and follow them.
3. Keep the premises clean. Put the waste, leftovers, and other litter in dustbins/trash cans placed across the park.
4. Bribing Ramoji Film City staff in any manner is a serious offence and may result in appropriate legal action.
5. Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the park.
6. For Lost & Found and Emergency, contact the help desk.
7. First Aid facility is available on the premises in case of emergencies.
8. Cloak Room facility is available to safely and securely store your luggage/baggage.
9. Pram/wheelchair service can be available.
10. All our restaurants are ISO-certified.
11. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
12. Management will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to visitors or their belongings.
