Arrival & Seating

• Please arrive at your scheduled dinner time (6 PM or 6:30 PM).
• Buffet guests receive assigned dinner seating (only reserved during dinner) (shared tables of 8).
• Once you leave your table after dinner, it will be available for other guests.
• Please keep valuables with you while enjoying the entertainment or in the coat room.

Other Details

• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to friends/family (call 440-871-8800).
• No need to print tickets—we’ll have a registration list at check-in.
• Gratuity is not included but is always appreciated for excellent service.
