New Year's Eve Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Cacao Ceremony

Connect with community and yourself with the heart opening practices of meditation, cacao, breathwork, and sound healing.

We will set heart-felt intentions for the new year, sip on sacred chocolate Guatemalan cacao, release limiting beliefs with gentle breathwork, and enjoy bissful and soothing sound healing.

You will go into the new year with a soothed nervous system, an attitude of empowerment, and a loving heart.

What to bring:

A yoga mat

A mug for cacao

A water bottle (there is filtered water available to refill your bottle)

Layers of clothing (to adjust to any temperature changes)

Eye pillow (we will have some available if you don’t have one)

The front gate opens up automatically when you drive up to it.

Follow the wooden signs to Crows End Retreat Center.

Please park in the large lot, before you reach the retreat center building, in front of the labyrinth.

Once you park, you will see the wooden cottage to the far right, across from the road. This is where ceremony will be held.
