After years of looking for just that my idea is now an event.
Breathe, Beats & Bliss is happening.
7pm-12.30am at The Yoga Barn in Glasgow.
See in the New Year with intention...
The night will include...
✨️Ceremonial cacao & intention setting
✨️Gentle movement
✨️Conscious Connected Breathwork to release anything holding us back from entering the New Year.
✨️A soulful rave. Music is medicine 💃🏽
✨️Meditation & Soundbath to close the year

✨️Non-alcoholic drinks
✨️Maybe some added extras 😉

A WhatsApp group will be put together so people can hopefully car/taxi share where possible.
The space can only hold 16 people so if you are interested in joining send me a message for payment details either by PayPal or bank transfer to confirm your space.
I know this time of year is difficult financially so there is the option to pay in 2 installments & a reduced ticket option can also be discussed 🤍
