As the evening unfolds, move downstairs to the Collins Club, where the music and company carry you through to the countdown, with live music and bubbles to toast the New Year.

Start your experience with champagne and canapes on arrival, featuring Jean Georges signature soy-glazed organic salmon sushi and balfego bluefin tuna tar-tare, before embarking on a multi-course journey of our finest seasonal dishes to share. 

Early Dinner Seating - from 6:00 pm

• Be seated in Jean-Georges by 6pm for an exquisite Chef’s Tasting Menu.
• Continue the celebrations in The Collins Club with a complimentary glass of bubbles and a live DJ set for the evening.

Late Dinner Seating - from 8:30 pm

• Be seated in Jean-Georges by 8:30pm for an exquisite Chef’s Tasting Menu.
• Afterwards, make your way to The Collins Club for a complimentary glass of champagne, live DJ, and countdown festivities, ringing in the New Year surrounded by seasonal cocktails, great company, and vibrant music.
