Dinner starts with an antipasto for each table, followed by an extensive buffet:

4 Salads - Saanich Spring Greens, Quinoa Salad, Ceasar Salad and Cherry Tomato with Red Onions and Bocconcini with Pesto Olive Oil vinaigrette

Main - Butternut Squash Tortellini, Roasted Rosemary Chicken, Chef Carved Slow Roasted Angus Prime Rib Beef, a Seafood Table, Roasted Root Vegetables and Baby Savory Roasted Potatoes.
