There will be a minimum and maximum numbers, as i have to preorder food and the hall has to be paid for .Therefore so long as at least 50 people commit to coming all will be good, there will be a maximum number of 60 after which there will be a waiting list. I hope you all understand.

No payments on the door advanced booking only.

Food:
Extensive cold Buffet Let us know if you have special dietary needs, along with all our normal treats and some surprises.
Complimentary fizz.
Feel free to you own wine.
Etiquette:
We ask you to respect for your fellow dancers by following accepted tango etiquette. It is normal to dance within a ronda keeping to your lane and enter the ronda with permission and with care.
We ask that you use accepted codigos, Do not be offended if you are reminded during the evening, we can all lose focus in the moment, politeness and understanding are key.
Our primary concern is for the enjoyment and safety of everyone.
Parking:
Parking opposite for the Hall is specifically for the garage next door and for the Hall. Otherwise roadside parking is free. When you park opposite the hall, dont be worried about double parking, we can always ask others to move their cars. We will try and prevent unauthorised parking by dog walkers etc, but please be tolerant to others if they ask you to move , its their village.
It would help when you sign in to leave your car reg :)
Do not park adjacent to the hall as access is needed for residents.
