Confit Duck Hoppin' John Tostada - sea island red peas, carolina gold rice, smoked bacon, trinity, duck jus
Raw Oysters - benne seed cream & sherry espuma, celery leaf oil, beet tartare, bacon crunch

Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek - anson mills grits, fermented ramp salsa verde, chèvre, candied hazelnut gremolata, pomegranate bordelaise
Seared Scallops - nectarine xo sauce, pimento rangoon, collard greens, pickled apple
Hasselback Honeynut Squash - celeriac béarnaise, orange pickled kohlrabi & kumquat, spiced pepitas, fermented chili-sorghum peanut mole
Quince Braised Pork Ribs - sweet potato puree, roasted cipollini, sage, lardon, southern agrodolce

Keep the celebration alive just steps away at Growlers Pourhouse! Opening at 8 P.M., with a DJ spinning from 9 P.M. to 1 A.M., a complimentary champagne toast at midnight, and no cover charge.
