About this Event
Freyja is hosting a 7-course culinary experience like no other.
Our menu is curated by Executive Chef Jae Bang, alongside a premium beverage pairing from our in-house Sommelier, Ugo Pasetti.
Over 3 hours, you will enjoy a 'New Nordic' approach to Australian dining and produce, fusing classic techniques with new culinary philosophies. The result is a multi-sensory dining experience that offers a very special taste of Scandinavian gastronomy and hospitality traditions, but also uncovers elements of local Australian history and culture.
To match this, we have selected a range of local and international wines, beers and our bespoke cocktails and range of Akvavit.
We are confident you will be taken on an unforgettable journey.
Finally, before the clock strikes 12, you will have the option to enjoy Skyline views of the New Years Eve fireworks display, high above Collins St on Level 35, with an add-on Champagne package.
You will not find a better opportunity to have an all-inclusive, and unforgettable end to 2022.
If you feel like an early dinner, we are offering a 2-hour, 4-course menu for $179 from 5.30pm, until 7.30pm. You can enjoy an express version of all our delights before continuing on your NYE adventure at Valhalla, our adjoined bar, or elsewhere.
