New Year's Eve at AFLOAT 2026/27 - VIP Upper Deck & Beach Club Packages

This New Year’s Eve, AFLOAT and Arbory Bar & Eatery will each host their own all-inclusive riverside party.

With panoramic views of Melbourne’s fireworks, flowing drinks, roaming canapés, live entertainment and sets from some of Melbourne’s best DJs, guests are invited to dance their way into 2027 on the banks of the Yarra.

Building on AFLOAT’s 2026–27 season, which celebrates the beauty, energy and spirit of Greece, this year’s New Year’s Eve theme will be unveiled soon.

Available Ticket Options & Packages:

Afloat VIP Upper Deck

• General Admission Early Bird: $325 per person - available until sold out or 1 December, whichever occurs first.
• General Admission: $345 per person

All inclusive package of canapés, premium seafood canapés, free-flowing bubbles, select cocktails and house drinks (tap beer, cider, wine and house spirits with mixers).

Afloat Beach Club Packages

• DJ Cabanas (Up to 20 guests) - $7,200 each (2 packages)
• Main Deck Cabana East (Up to 15 guests) - $5,400 (1 package)
• Upper Deck Cabanas (Up to 15 guests) - $5,400 each (3 packages)

These bookings include reserved seating for your group in a dedicated riverside lounge or cabana, plus access to the VIP package of canapés, premium seafood canapés, house drinks (wine, beer, cider & house spirits) and select cocktails & spritzes, from 8pm-12am.

Afloat Main Deck

• General Admission Early Bird: $245 per person - available until sold out or 1 December, whichever occurs first.
• General Admission: $275 per person

All inclusive package of canapés and house drinks (tap beer, cider, wine and house spirits with mixers). These tickets can be purchased here.

If you are interested in celebrating at Arbory Bar & Eatery, tickets start from $165 and can be purchased

Additional information:

- Doors open at 6.00pm, with the event package kicking off at 8.00pm. Venue closes at 1.00am.

- Each ticket includes a four-hour food and beverage package, available strictly from 8pm until midnight. Any food or beverages ordered before 8pm or after midnight must be purchased separately.

– All tickets incur an EventBrite booking fee (2%), plus a ticketing fee of $3.00 per ticket.

– This is a stand-up canapé event with tables available on a first come first serve basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a table.

– Most dietaries can be catered for, we ask that you please inform staff of any requirements on arrival.

– Afloat is an accessible venue with a variety of wheelchair and disability friendly dining options on the Main Deck. If you require an accessible event ticket, please reach out to our events & reservations team via [email protected].

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

– Tickets can be cancelled and refunded no less than 7 days prior to the event start time, after which time refunds will not be available.

– Wait List: If your desired ticket is sold out, please join our waitlist for further updates. In the event that your desired ticket becomes available, we can refund any other tickets purchased up until 7 days prior to the event. To organise a refund, please follow the links in your ticket confirmation email as we do not accept refund requests via email, phone or in person.

Terms and Conditions:

– RSA: Afloat takes its responsible service of alcohol seriously. Please encourage your guests to drink responsibly as no refund can be offered if a guest is asked to leave due to intoxication or anti-social behaviour.

Please note - due to responsible service of alcohol obligations, shots are not available in any packages but can be purchased on the night. All spirits ordered within the package will be served with mixers added.

– This is an 18+ only event. Please ensure all guests are carrying valid proof of age.

– Afloat is an outdoor venue. While substantial umbrella cover is available, we suggest guests bring rain protection such as umbrellas or raincoats in the event of inclement weather.

– If the event needs to be modified or cancelled due to unforeseen or external extenuating circumstances, such as COVID-19 restrictions, full refunds will be issued.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you select the correct tickets (ie Arbory Bar & Eatery OR Afloat Main Deck OR Afloat Upper Deck) as once tickets for an area/venue are sold out, you will not be able to change them due to strict government guidelines on capacities.
