At the beginning of 2024, I took the time to reflect, set intentions, and created a vision board to help guide me. It was a beautiful way to begin my year, and I would love to start 2025 by stepping outside of my comfort zone and sharing all of that goodness with you!
Join me on New Year’s Day to start 2025 with clarity and purpose. This special gathering will guide you through a yoga flow designed to release the past and open up space for new beginnings.
After the yoga practice, dive into a session of guided reflection and intention setting to center your mind and heart on your aspirations for the year ahead. We’ll close the event with creating individual vision boards to bring your goals and dreams to life.
Come with an open mind and leave with a sense of renewal, intention, and a beautiful vision board to inspire your journey throughout the year. I can’t imagine a better way to start your year than with purpose and community 💖
