Start off the new year at Move with Joy for a special Sound Immersion Yoga class led by Joy and Aerick, owners of Move with Joy. Aerick will play healing sound bowls while Joy leads class through an inspiring journey of setting intentions for the new year! $10 suggested donation helps us continue hosting classes in the community space at Move with Joy, where we are celebrating our third year being open in 2025! We can't wait to bring in the new year with you all?
