Start the New Year off in celebration with this sound duo! The
session will begin with gentle movement and guided meditation and end in a serenade of sound vibrations. A wide range of instruments designed for emotional cleansing and stress release of which include didgeridoo, drum, Quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more! We will balance the divine masculine and feminine energies within clearing space for the New Year to start with intention and harmony.
Special guest is Shanthi who comes from a family of sound
healers and influences from India, Tibet, Nepal, and China.
