🌬️What better way to start off 2025 then with a good ole fashion Polar Cold Plunge 🩵There are lots of physical benefits not to mention self empowerment and connecting w/cOMmUNITY. YES you can,just because you don't want to doesn't mean you can't.
We will gather at the Colorado Nature Center/Rio Lomas Beach At 10:30am, set our intentions,do some warming/fire breath work,3 minute plunge or as long as you are able. This is more of a mental exercise and connecting with the breath. If you would like to start taking some polar plunge now, please let me know and we can meet up for a dip ☀️Christy

If you are ready to challenge yourself for metal and/or physical benefits this is a perfect experience. 💦 We all have free access to this beautiful 56 degree Colorado River. Within 3-4 minutes of submerging your body into cold water,it can give your body and cardiovascular system a total reset and recharge.This is Not a competition and everyone goes as long as they can 30sec -4min. . Cold plunge is a mental and physical experience. It helps reduce inflammation,improve cognitive function and mood,improved heart health, reduced stress, neuromuscular function are some of the benefits. You submerge up past your armpit and connect with your breath.
