New Year's Day - Guided Meditation & Sound Bath - $33

Join us on New Year’s Day for a Guided Meditation & Sound Bath. The New Year is a time to cleanse, renew, and rewire. It is also a time to call in abundance and set the mother of all intentions…the New Year’s Resolution! You will start the session by contemplating the energies you want to draw into your life in the upcoming year, followed by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other ancient instruments.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 60-minute special event and held at a different date and time from our regular sound baths. A reservation is required as space is limited. Please bring a mat, pillow(s), blanket, and an eyemask for your comfort. The door will open 5-10 minutes before the session begins.
