New Year YOGA Class with Brandon Copeland of Khepera Wellness

Taught and led by Brandon Copeland of Khepera Wellness "R&B YOGA" is a high-energy style of yoga that combines R&B music and traditional Power/Hatha yoga sequences. As a part of Buckhead Art & Company's ongoing health initiatives, this wellness experience encourages positive mental and physical practices, and the cultivation of a wellness community!

**WHAT TO BRING**- Yoga Mat

**IMPORTANT** Doors may be locked once class starts as to not interrupt the experience of our students (but mostly for safety and peace of mind). Please arrive a few minutes early to find parking and get settled in. Once the doors are locked, they are locked!
