Come join us on Saturday 10th of January for an amazing New Year workshop led by Zoe and Tanya. You will get to create your very own journal and be guided through a lovely yoga practice, followed by yoga nidra, with treats and hot drinks to enjoy too.
This is a wonderful way to gently ease into the New Year and set your intentions for 2026.
