New Year Workout & Plunge

Don't just hang around this year like the Panda in the photo above, take the New Year by the bamboo shoots and make it happen. OK, that was cheesy, regardless come join us for our Annual Gut Check Workout and Panda Bear Plunge in the Pacific Ocean. It's San Diego, so we can't call it a Polar Bear Plunge but still an absolutely incredible way to kick off 2026. We'll start out with a killer Gut Check workout, followed by a brisk group dip plus photo (for FB of course) in the Ocean. Grab all your friends, family and coworkers to take part in this awesome annual celebration.
