Step into a guided experience where breath, imagination, and creativity come together to help you see what you’re calling in for the year ahead.

This is not a typical painting class — it’s a meditative journey into your inner vision, followed by a creative expression that brings it to life on canvas.

Led by Rob, this opening session uses gentle, guided breathwork to quiet the mind and awaken your creative awareness.

You’ll be invited to tune into what you truly want to cultivate in the coming year — not through force or resolutions, but through clarity, intention, and presence.

Come with your dreams in mind, ready to refine and embody them. This is a reverse New Year’s resolution — calling in what you wish to grow, rather than focusing on what you want to release.

With guided instruction and intuitive support, you’ll translate your inner imagery onto canvas using vibrant oil or acrylic paints.

Each participant will create a deeply personal piece — a visual anchor for their intentions and aspirations. Think of it as a living vision board you can return to throughout the year.

You’ll leave with:
• Your finished (or in-progress) painting
• A sealable palette, brushes, and paints to continue creating at home
• A renewed sense of clarity and creative momentum

This experience is designed to open creative pathways and inspire ongoing expression beyond the workshop itself.
