New Year Sound Meditation with Emma Goodwin

Ease into 2026 with an evening to ground, reflect and set your energetic tone for the year ahead. The date itself carries the energy of ‘4’ – a number linked with stability, balance and creating foundations; the perfect moment to release what’s been and prepare to invite in the new.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to support letting go and intention setting, followed by a deeply restorative sound journey with gong, crystal bowls, Reiki drumming, chimes and soft percussion. You’ll then rest in silence for gentle integration before closing with oracle cards and time to connect and reflect.

You’re welcome to arrive with an intention in mind, but don’t worry if you’d rather just come as you are and let the evening unfold.
