Join us for an evening of dynamic yoga, yin yoga & myofascial release practice, tea, treats and crystal sound bowls.
Let go off the stresses and strains of the
Festive season and start the New Year with an energising dynamic yoga practice, followed by time to connect with others over tea and treats.
Then ground yourselves in a relaxing yin practice, learn how to release tension in the body through myofascial release techniques. Finish with a mesmerising and calming crystal sound bowl meditation.
