✨You are invited to join Becky of Grounded Peace for a fabulous ‘Refresh & Rebalance Day Retreat’ at Saint Mary’s Church, Dunstall (Near Burton-on-Trent), a beautiful quiet spot nestled in beautiful countryside✨
✨This New Year Retreat is the perfect time for you to release, set new year intentions, valance the chakras, be immersed in healing sounds and leave feeling refreshed and rebalanced for the year ahead✨
✨The day includes:
💫Welcome - Intention setting meditation and circle time
💫New Year Chakra Balancing with Bija Mantras
💫Chakra Dancing (or option for free time to explore the local countryside)
💫Heart warming vegan lunch and sweet treats
💫Invigorating Drumming Circle (drums provided but welcome to bring your own frame drum - no drumming experience required!)
💫A uplifting Mantra Chanting/Kirtan session (no singing experience needed!)
💫Relaxing Sound Bath
⭐️What you'll need to bring:
💫Yoga mat (or anything else you feel comfortable lying/relaxing on for the sound bath)
💫Blanket and pillow/cushion
💫Anything else to make you feel comfortable during the sound bath and meditation (eye pillow, warm socks etc)
💫Bottle of water
💫Journal and pen
💫To wear warm comfortable layers
💫And a frame drum if you have one but these will be provided if not
