Start the new year fresh with a plunge in the unbearably cold ocean waters of Santa Monica. Non-wetsuit plunge is recommended for the best experience, but you CAN bring your wetsuit. Note the late start, you have ample time to stumble your way here, no excuse! A cold plunge is the best cure from your late night hangover due to cousin Ned's moonshine crafted in the backwaters of Louisiana.**Where to meet**

**Options**
Some of us may choose to swim. We usually swim south to the nipple building ~2,000 yds. Or swim to the buoy and back. Whatever you do, please swim with someone.
**Post Plunge**
